INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup packed grated beets
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 cups dairy-free milk
  • 1 bar 85% PASCHA Chocolate

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a blender, add beets, maple syrup, and dairy-free milk. Blend until creamy.
  2. Pour into a pot and place on medium low heat.
  3. Melt 1 bar PASCHA 85% Cacao Chocolate.
  4. While stirring, add melted chocolate.
  5. Heat till desired temperature, and pour into mugs.
  6. Optional: top with dairy-free whip cream and shaved PASCHA Chocolate.
