Our Vegan Mint Popsicles dipped in our ORGANIC 55% CHOCOLATE are easy to make, will keep you refreshed and your tastebuds satisfied!
2 cups dairy free yogurt
1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped finely
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp mint extract
1 1/2 cups PASCHA 55% Cacao Chocolate Chips
Green food colouring (optional)
In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, mint, mint extract , and maple syrup.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
Melt PASCHA Chocolate and dip each popsicle as desired. Add sprinkles quickly as chocolate will harden fast.
