VEGAN Chocolate + Mint Popsicles = Hooray for the SUMMER heat! With the temperatures rising and summer only 1 day away, what better way to stay cool and celebrate than creating your very own popsicles? Our Vegan Mint Popsicles dipped in our ORGANIC 55% CHOCOLATE are easy to make, will keep you refreshed and your tastebuds satisfied!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups dairy free yogurt 
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped finely 
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract 
  • 1 1/2 cups PASCHA 55% Cacao Chocolate Chips 
  • Sprinkles 
  • Green food colouring (optional) 


DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, mint, mint extract , and maple syrup. 
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight. 
  3. Melt PASCHA Chocolate and dip each popsicle as desired. Add sprinkles quickly as chocolate will harden fast. 
  4. ENJOY!
