INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup PASCHA 55% Cacao Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1⁄2 cups gluten-free oats
  • 1 1⁄2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup melted Earth Balance
  • 1/3 cup honey

METHOD:

  1. Place a pot with 2 inches of water over medium heat. Place a glass bowl over pot and put the
  2. PASCHA Chocolate in the bowl. Stir until fully melted.
  3. Add the gluten-free oats, unsweetened coconut, ground chia seeds, melted Earth Balance, and
  4. honey to the melted chocolate.
  5. Mix to combine.
  6. Place onto a parchment lined baking tray.
  7. Let set in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  8. ENJOY!
