Pineapple, Coconut and layers of chocolate - need we say more? 😍 This simple, no-bake, easy layered parfait is deliciously rich and creamy. With very simple ingredients combining different flavors and textures, this VEGAN PINEAPPLE CHOCOLATE parfait will become one of your go-to quick-and-easy to make desserts for breakfast, lunch or dinner! 


  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple, diced
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup PASCHA Make Me Smile! Spread
  • 1 tbsp rice milk


  1. In a small pot, heat the pineapple, chia seeds, and the honey or maple syrup. Continue heating until thickened, about 5-10 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a small frying pan, melt the coconut oil. Once melted, add the honey/maple syrup and the seeds. Heat until caramelized and seeds are toasted. Set aside on parchment paper.
  3. Remove only the thick part from the can of coconut milk and place it in a bowl. Add the syrup/honey and the vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Set aside.
  4. In a small bowl add the PASCHA Make Me Smile! Spread and thin it out with rice milk.
  5. Layer all ingredients as desired and top with the PASCHA Chocolate Sauce.
