DOUBLE DIPPED CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRIES using both our dark chocolate and white rice milk chocolate. Combining two chocolate tastes on one delicious strawberry.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Strawberries 
  • PASCHA 55% Cacao Chocolate Chips 
  • PASCHA White Baking Chips 

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Melt desired amount of PASCHA 55% Cacao Chocolate Chips. This can be done either in the microwave or with the double boiler method. For the double boiler method, heat a small pot with a few inches of water. Pour the chocolate chips into a glass bowl and place above the small pot. Heat and stir until melted. For the microwave method, place the chips into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 15 second increments. Stir after each time. Continue until fully melted. 
  2. Dip strawberries into chocolate and let set on parchment paper until hardened. 
  3. Melt desired amount of PASCHA White Baking Chips. This is best done in the microwave, see above explanation. 
  4. Dip just the tips of the strawberries into the white chocolate and let set on parchment paper until hardened.
