• ¾ cup unpopped popcorn
  • ¾ cup PASCHA 55% Cacao Chocolate Chips


  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp dairy free margarine
  • ½ cup rice milk


  1. Pop the corn and place on a parchment lined tray.
  2. Melt the PASCHA Chocolate and drizzle over the popcorn. Allow to cool and harden.
  3. In a small pot add the sugar, maple syrup, dairy-free margarine, and rice milk. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium low heat until amber in colour and slightly thickened.
  4. Pour over popcorn and allow to cool and harden.

Semi sweet chocolate chips

These are the best out there--absolutely delicious with rich chocolate flavor. They work great for my multiple allergies, and they're organic! Perfection!

Quality Premium Chocolate

Living in Florida, I was hesitant to order during the summer months. However, after receiving these in September (hottest month) in premium condition since they were package so well, insulated with a cold pack, and fast arrival, I am confident to re-order anytime of the year. Perfect for vegan ganache!

Perfect for making vegan ganaches! Took two tries to figure out the right temper temperature but when I did made a lovely vegan matcha ganache that set nicely after 4-6 hours.

Love that I can buy organic and unsweetened chocolate chips at a bulk price. When there was a problem with my order, they were helpful and accommodating. I’m a happy and committed customer and spread the love by telling my friends about these chocolate chips too!

Best pure chocolate!

I have tasted other 100% chocolates and none taste anywhere near as good as this! I love the pure chocolate flavor they have. And it's impossible to find any other 100% organic chocolate chips, too. I can only find bars. None of the chips were melted either! Will be ordering again. Great price, too!
