Ingredients :
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree 
  • 3/4 cup nut or seed butter
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 3 eggs or egg substitute  
  • 1 1/2 cup PASCHA Chocolate Chips, melted 
  • 3 tsp baking powder 
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt 
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Spread evenly a baking pan.
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes.
  • Let cool fully. Also beneficial to allow to set further in the fridge. 
  • Top with more PASCHA Chocolate Chips and melted chocolate, if you wish.
  • Slice into squares
  • ENJOY!

I love these chocolate chips!

I've used stevia sweetened chocolate chips in cookies but never cared for them. So I gave Pasha unsweetened chips a try and was so happy I did. I bake my own cookies using only organic ingredients and since I don't eat much maple syrup, honey or any sweetener to speak of, I make them with dried apricots for the sweetener. Pasha's unsweetened chocolate chips are a perfect combination to my own vegan/gluten-free recipe which is, oats, coconut, sea salt, nuts, coconut oil, chopped dried apricots, and of course Pasha's unsweetened chocolate chips! I love them!

Wasn’t sure what to expect. I LOVE chocolate. I need a little sweet each day. This bar is perfect. One serving and it helps with that sweetness urge. The benefits of 100% cacao is why I tried it. I will continue to buy. Pascha chocolate is high quality chocolate!
