- 1/3 cup packed grated beets
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cups dairy-free milk
- 1 bar 85% PASCHA Chocolate
- In a blender, add beets, maple syrup, and dairy-free milk. Blend until creamy.
- Pour into a pot and place on medium low heat.
- Melt 1 bar PASCHA 85% Cacao Chocolate.
- While stirring, add melted chocolate.
- Heat till desired temperature, and pour into mugs.
- Optional: top with dairy-free whip cream and shaved PASCHA Chocolate.
