These mini chips are the highest quality you can find anywhere. I use them instead of cacao nibs for baking and topping Acai bowls and they are always perfectly fresh and delicious. No need for any added sweetener! The price has gone up an extraordinary amount in recent times, though that is due to the market on chocolate and overall inflation. Highly recommended!
When I gave up sugar many years ago, I couldn't give up my chocolate habit. I've had ALOT of 100% chocolate in the time since, and when searching for 100% cocao chocolate chips, I found Pascha, and I'm so happy I did! I used to buy the smaller bags in the store, but decided to see whether I could find a "bulk" option. I'm elated that Pascha sells this 10# bag of deliciousness.

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these 85% Extra Bitter-Sweet Dark chocolate chips. They have just the right amount of sweetness for baking and for what I love the most: munching on them for a snack. I eat chocolate almost every night. I love these non-sugar chips. They are the best size to eat one or two with some nuts. My best go to snack at night. This is high quality chocolate.
