Admittedly, I double-dip, eating each piece of the 100% with either a piece of the 70%, or better yet, with a piece of the Arabica Coffee. All 3 are great individually, but I like to eat them this way.

This is my absolute favorite Pascha bar. The nibs feel like mini treats and balance out the 55%. I try to eat only three or six pieces at a time, but often enjoy a whole bar. Bonus: pairs well with red wine.

Pascha chocolate’s limited ingredients and careful manufacturing process make it possible for me to enjoy chocolate bars. Even if I could eat other chocolate bars, I would still choose Pascha because they taste so good and have such a wonderful texture.

I like these unsweetened chocolate pieces because i like to control the level of added sweetener. The chocolate is rich and wonderful for baking.
