This is my favourite chocolate for candy-making and baking. I prefer the mini-chips for candy-making and ganche; the smaller size lets the chocolate melt more quickly while still holding its exquisite flavour.
And a note of thanks especially for this last shipment. I live in Sonoma County, CA, and we've had blistering temperatures for the past few weeks, up near 100F. I paid extra for the hot weather packaging and it worked to perfection. The chips were still nice and cool, not discoloured at all, when I got them out of the packaging.
I and my family follow a Paleo diet and we love the 85% cacoa chocolate chips for baking and sprinkling on homemade ice cream. If you want a chocolate fix, but not the sugar high these are the way to go, they are the only chips that I have in my cupboard. They also make great presents for your family and friends who want to bake with healthy foods.
Delicious rich chocolate flavor with only 3 ingredients. I love that it is very low in sugar, but still has a little sweetness. You can't get much simpler and pure than chocolate liquor, sugar, and cocoa butter. Bonus that it's all organic as well.
Having multiple allergies, this is the only chocolate I buy. It tastes great and I love that it doesn’t have any emulsifiers which cause gut inflammation.
I am a chocoholic. I LOVE dark chocolate. I order the 85% dark chocolate bars in bulk. Each day I have my dark chocolate. It is delicious and satisfies my sweet tooth, while at the same time giving me the health benefits that dark chocolate can :)

This is the best dairy and sugar free chocolate I have found. I try to always keep some on hand, because you just never know when you might need a chocolate chip cookie or a brownie.
