Our Mission
Back in 2012, we set out to create dark chocolate that’s delicious, better-for-you and kinder to the planet. More than a decade later - with a range of dark chocolate bars and baking chips - our commitment to our customers, and to the lives of our farmers, and to the rainforest that makes our products possible.
This is at the heart of everything we do, just like it was at the start!

As Pure As Possible
Our chocolate is sourced from single-origin, organic, fine aroma Criollo cacao beans, grown in the foothills of the Andes Mountains leading down to the Amazon Rainforest.
We make our chocolate “Bean to Bar At Source” which means that the cocoa beans are fresher and younger when they are made into chocolate. The beans travel very minimally, from cacao bean field to local village to collection point and on to the nearby chocolate factory.
Why Our Certifications Matter
We're committed to the most natural and ethical production system possible. Pascha is one of the MOST CERTIFIED chocolate companies in the world.
We know for sure that it matters, because in the world of chocolate, everything is connected – from the Amazon Rainforest, to the small family cocoa tree farmers, to the local chocolate factory team workers who employ the highest quality standards, to the chocolate bar or chocolate chip which we package at the source and then of course deliver it to you, our customer.

Our Sustainability Commitment
Industrialization has destroyed 80% of the worlds forests, leading to significant deforestation in many cacao growing regions The loss of shade and biodiversity depletes soil quality, increases crop disease, and negatively impacts cacao bean quality.
Pascha is committed to the most ethically sound and natural farming practices that preserve biodiversity, maintain cacao bean quality and look after the cacao growing regions we source from in a sustainable way.
We only buy single-origin, organic, fine aroma Criollo cacao beans from Rainforest Alliance (RFA) farms in Peru. Together, we focus on improving biodiversity and ensuring livelihoods of the Peruvian people by transforming land-use practices, business practices and consumer behavior.
