Shipping policy

We ship from the East Coast and Mid-West.  We aim to ship, at the latest, the day after an order is received, with an order receipt cut-off of 1pm EST for next day shipment.  

We use UPS and USPS Ground services based on the best rate for each shipment.  If you need expedited shipping rates please contact us directly.

In warmer shipping weather we only ship Monday-Wednesday, not wanting product held up over a weekend sitting in a truck. 

In summer time we require shipping with frozen gel packs and we charge a small amount for that and the insulating materials.

Once an order has had its shipping label generated you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Our shipping rates are based on sales order value.  We have free shipping on orders with a cart value (of product cost only) over $139.95.
