These Chocolate Raspberry Cups are the perfect quick and easy healthy snack to make and keep in your fridge for when you're feeling snacky. Made with only two ingredients, Pascha Chocolate Chips and fresh raspberries, you can't go wrong!
Ingredients
- Pascha Chocolate Bar (either 70% Classic Dark or 85% Very Dark)
- Raspberries
Directions
- Chop up a Pascha Chocolate bar of your choice. We recommend using either 70% Classic Dark or 85% Very Dark.
- Melt the Pascha Chocolate Bar, following our Dark Chocolate Tempering Video.
- Muddle strawberries in a bowl so that the texture is like a jam.
- Place silicone muffin cups into a muffin tin. Fill each one with the melted chocolate, about 3/4 of the way full.
- Add about a teaspoon of the muddled raspberries on top of the chocolate and use a toothpick to spread the raspberry around.
- Place in the fridge for an hour to let the chocolate harden.
- Enjoy!
