Chocolate Covered Strawberries

DOUBLE DIPPED CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRIES using both our dark chocolate and vegan white chocolate. Combining two chocolate tastes on one delicious strawberry.

Directions:

  • Melt desired amount of PASCHA 55% Cacao Chocolate Chips. This can be done either in the microwave or with the double boiler method. For the double boiler method, heat a small pot with a few inches of water. Pour the chocolate chips into a glass bowl and place above the small pot. Heat and stir until melted. For the microwave method, place the chips into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 15 second increments. Stir after each time. Continue until fully melted. 
  • Dip strawberries into chocolate and let set on parchment paper until hardened. 
  • Melt desired amount of PASCHA Vegan White Baking Chips. This is best done in the microwave, see above explanation. 
  • Dip just the tips of the strawberries into the white chocolate and let set on parchment paper until hardened. ENJOY!
