Ingredients:
- 1 cup PASCHA 55% Cacao Chocolate Chips
- 1 1⁄2 cups gluten-free oats
- 1 1⁄2 cup unsweetened coconut
- 2 tbsp ground chia seeds
- 1/3 cup melted Earth Balance
- 1/3 cup honey
Method:
- Place a pot with 2 inches of water over medium heat. Place a glass bowl over pot and put the
- PASCHA Chocolate in the bowl. Stir until fully melted.
- Add the gluten-free oats, unsweetened coconut, ground chia seeds, melted Earth Balance, and
- honey to the melted chocolate.
- Mix to combine.
- Place onto a parchment lined baking tray.
- Let set in refrigerator for 1 hour.
