Chocolate Peach Popsicles Kids love them (without the alcohol) and you will too! Especially if you make a special batch just for you with that extra secret ingredient
Ingredients:
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 1 peach
- 2 shots Rum or other liquor (optional)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup PASCHA White Baking Chips
Directions:
- Slice a fresh peach into thin strips and set aside
- Melt PASCHA Chocolate and slowly whisk the coconut milk in while stirring continuously
- Add the liquor and maple syrup then stir well
- Pour mixture into popsicles molds. Slide the fresh peach slices down the sides so they are still visible from the outside.
- Freeze overnight
- Drizzle with PASCHA White Baking Chips
