Looking for a heartfelt way to say "I appreciate you" this Mother's Day? Surprise her with a homemade Strawberry White Iced Matcha—a delightful blend of sweet strawberries, earthy matcha, and Pascha Plant-Based White Chips. It's a sip of love in every glass.

Why She'll Love It:

  • Antioxidant-Rich Matcha: Provides a gentle energy boost and supports focus.

  • Sweet Strawberries: Adds natural sweetness and a burst of summer flavor.

  • Pascha Plant-Based White Chips: made in an Allergy-Friendly Facility with Organic, Non-GMO Ingredients—no dairy, no soy, no compromise.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup PASCHA White Baking Chips
  • strawberries
  • 3 cups oat milk (or another milk alternative)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp matcha powder (more or less depending on flavor preference)
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Muddle 1/4 cup of fresh washed and sliced strawberries with a fork (per drink). Set aside for now.
  2. Heat oat milk in a small pot until just about to boil.
  3. Place PASCHA White Baking Chips in a heatproof bowl and pour hot milk over chips. Allow to sit for 30 seconds before whisking until smooth.
  4. Mix matcha powder with just boiled water until smooth.
  5. In desired glasses (recipe can make up to 3 drinks), add the muddled strawberries and then fill 2/3 of each full with ice.
  6. Pour in the white chocolate oat milk mixture.
  7. Add 1/3 of the dissolved matcha mixture to each glass. Stir if desired. Enjoy!
