It is kosher and 100% cocoa- no sugar.
Exactly what I need. Totally bitter...
I usually eat it with dry cherries. Yum.

I love these chips. I eat it in the afternoon to get a caffeine boost. Doesn’t bother my stomach at all. Safe around my kids with allergies. They eat the 55% ones. Love Pasha. Thank you for making safe chocolate for kids with allergies.

When I gave up sugar many years ago, I couldn't give up my chocolate habit. I've had ALOT of 100% chocolate in the time since, and when searching for 100% cocao chocolate chips, I found Pascha, and I'm so happy I did!
