It’s so great to find a company that focuses on making chocolate naturally without unnecessary additives. Pascha makes delicious chocolate reminiscent of chocolate that can be found in boutique European chocolatier shops.

I use this chocolate in all my baked goods and candies for both dairy allergic and non dairy allergic eaters of all ages as it’s just wonderful tasting chocolate. It works great in all applications whether tempered or not tempered. I have done blind taste tests with some customers and this chocolate always wins.

These are a nice flavor and work very well for baking and just to grab when the sweet craving hits!
