Munching on it or baking with it, Pascha is the absolute best. It’s been the only chocolate in our house for almost a decade and we couldn’t be happier. We eat it literally every day.

I purchase regularly from Pascha. This chocolate chip is bar far the best on the market. I use it in baking and also sneak some straight from the bag. I have yet to find a similar product on the market at this high quality!

The 85% Cacao Organic Vegan Extra Bitter-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips are delicious! Just the right amount of sweetness and are not too bitter. Great for baking and snacking!

This is the perfect amount of bitterness for me, and this chocolate is always smooth. I usually end up eating them before I can bake them into any recipes, but I'd like to try!

"Medicine" is my excuse, anyway, for gobbling up at least one generous daily dose. These chips are probably also good in baking, but I love them 100% as-is. They also do very well as a chocolate coating for other treats, such as dried fruits.
