- Pascha's 55% Barely Dark Chocolate Chips
- Pascha's Vegan Organic White Baking Chips
Directions
- Put the strawberries in the freezer and keep there until you have melted your chocolate.
- In a bowl, melt 1 - 2 cups of Pascha's 55% Barely Dark Chocolate Chips. To learn how to properly temper chocolate, watch our video here.
- Melt 1 cup of Pascha's Vegan Organic White Baking Chips and then add to a piping bag.
- Remove the strawberries from the freezer and begin dipping them into the melted dark chocolate. Place each strawberry on parchment paper to set.
- Take the white chocolate in the piping bag and drizzle it across each strawberry.
- Place the chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge until the chocolate has fully hardened on the strawberries.
- Enjoy!
