Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Fresh strawberries dipped in our Dark Chocolate and drizzled with our White Chocolate for that extra yum.

Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • Pascha's 55% Barely Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Pascha's Vegan Organic White Baking Chips

Directions

  1. Put the strawberries in the freezer and keep there until you have melted your chocolate.
  2. In a bowl, melt 1 - 2 cups of Pascha's 55% Barely Dark Chocolate Chips. To learn how to properly temper chocolate, watch our video here. 
  3. Melt 1 cup of Pascha's Vegan Organic White Baking Chips and then add to a piping bag.
  4. Remove the strawberries from the freezer and begin dipping them into the melted dark chocolate. Place each strawberry on parchment paper to set.
  5. Take the white chocolate in the piping bag and drizzle it across each strawberry.
  6. Place the chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge until the chocolate has fully hardened on the strawberries.
  7. Enjoy!
