- 1 large mango, fresh or frozen - approximately 1 cup
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 ripe avocado
- Several fresh mint sprigs
- 1 cup greens
- Dairy-free milk alternative
- Fresh fruit for topping
- 1 bar PASCHA Chocolate (we used 55%)
- Place the mango, banana, avocado, mint leaves, and greens in a blender. Begin blending and slowly add milk alternative until smoothie reaches the consistency desired.
- Pour smoothie into your bowl. Top with fresh fruit.
- Break PASCHA Chocolate Bar into pieces and place on top and ENJOY!
