  • Spirulina or superfood powders (optional – we used Rawnice)
  • 8 gluten-free frozen waffles
  • 1 ½ cups Pascha 55% Cacao Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Assorted toppings: shredded coconut, hemp seeds, dried fruit, cacao nibs, etc.

👩🍳 How to Make Chocolate-Dipped Waffle Ice Cream Sandwiches

Step 1: Make the Banana Ice Cream

In a food processor or blender, blend the frozen bananas until smooth and creamy. Let them defrost slightly if needed to make blending easier. Add spirulina or other colorful powders for a fun, nutrient-packed twist. Place in the freezer until ready to use.

Step 2: Toast the Waffles
