- 1 19oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- 1 cup PASCHA 55% Cacao Chocolate Chips
- In a blender or a food processor, combine the chickpeas, honey, sunflower seed butter, vanilla, banana, and ground flax. Mix until smooth.
- Place the blended chickpea mixture into a bowl and stir in the PASCHA Chocolate Chips.
- Store in an airtight container or eat right away.
