This is the perfect amount of bitterness for me, and this chocolate is always smooth. I usually end up eating them before I can bake them into any recipes, but I'd like to try!

I love love love this brand!! Such a great variety of grades of dark chocolate. The 85% is my new go to, slightly bitter and just a hint of sweetness. Will be a customer for life!

"Medicine" is my excuse, anyway, for gobbling up at least one generous daily dose. These chips are probably also good in baking, but I love them 100% as-is. They also do very well as a chocolate coating for other treats, such as dried fruits. I love these chips. I have become accustomed to no sweetener in anything. No artificial sweeteners. I use a little bit of organic maple syrup. These chips are great for anything but I love to make Paleo chocolate chips.

We bake with this Pascha 85% chocolate a LOT! Great taste, wonderful nutritional value. I enjoy them many days a week as a snack as well:) Ordering on-line is a snap, and it arrived in an insulated box all in tact.
