Chocolate Cake

Do you dream of your daily chocolate treat? Our Chocolate Chocolate Dream Cake is DELICIOUS & packed with PASCHA. It’s FREE FROM DAIRY, GLUTEN, EGGS, SOY & NUTS. Another original vegan recipe from our PASCHA kitchen.


  • 2 cups gluten-free flour mix
  • ½ cup cane sugar 
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt 
  • 1 cup oil (avocado, coconut, or sunflower)
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 bars PASCHA 55% Cacao Chocolate, melted


  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Stir well. 
  • Add the oil, water, and vinegar and stir to combine. 
  • Melt the PASCHA Chocolate and add to the cake batter. Mix well. 
  • Pour batter into desired cake pans and bake at 350F until a toothpick inserted in the centre is clean when removed. Baking time will vary based on pan size. 
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool before decorating with your favourite icing and ENJOY!
