Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

These Flourless Nut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies are rich, chewy, and naturally gluten-free—made with just a handful of pantry staples! Featuring your favorite nut or seed butter, a touch of cinnamon, and PASCHA 70% Cacao Chocolate Chips with Stevia, these cookies are sweetened without refined sugar and baked to perfection in under 15 minutes.

Perfect for a quick dessert, lunchbox treat, or post-dinner indulgence, these cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, and free from the top allergens when made with a seed butter like sunflower. With their crisp edges, gooey centers, and chocolate chunks in every bite, they’re proof that simple ingredients can create incredibly satisfying results.
