Pascha Chocolate is thrilled to present our new online baking and learning online program, Home Bakers Collective. We invite you to join us as we team up with talented and professional bakers to bring you 3 unique weekend series throughout the year.
- Whether you are a beginner hoping to get into the baking spirit or a seasoned baker looking for new inspiration, our Home Bakers Collective Courses is the perfect way for you to elevate your skills and impress your family and friends with stunning desserts and new knowledge on the world of baking.Our online classes will be interactive and engaging for all.
- With the purchase of each weekend series, you will be provided a full pdf outlining all of the classes you can attend, all of the recipes you will be creating as well as a list of any equipment you might need.
- All of the recipes will be Vegan & Gluten Free.
- If for any reason you cannot attend a class, there’s no need to worry as you will also be sent a recording from the series after the weekend has concluded.
- You will receive a zoom link 15 minutes prior to the start of the series so keep an eye out for an email from us as the first class time approaches.

The 85% Cacao Organic Vegan Extra Bitter-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips are delicious! Just the right amount of sweetness and are not too bitter. Great for baking and snacking!

I have been eating the 100% dark chocolate bar for several years now and I look forward to having it every morning. I started eating it for the health benefits of dark chocolate and appreciate that it contains nothing other than chocolate, especially no sugar or additives. I thoroughly enjoy the natural taste and do not miss the sweetness at all. It is an added benefit that it is organic as I try to eat organic food as much as possible since I am a health conscious vegetarian.
These are outstanding chocolate chips! My wife and I bought these for baking with. However, we find it hard not to just start snacking on them!

It's very difficult to find 100% Cacao Organic Chocolate Chips. I purchased a 10 lb bulk package from Pascha Chocolate and these didn't disappoint! In fact, they were probably the best 100% Cacao chips I've ever used. I use the mini chips in muffins and oatmeal pancakes to give a burst of chocolate flavor. With only 1 ingredient, you know you're getting the cleanest possible Cacao chips around!
I consume a few pounds of Pascha's 85% Dark Chocolate every month. It is the smoothest and richest chocolate I have had in my many decades of trying every semi-sweet chocolate I could get my hands on. And to know that it comes from organically grown cocoa beans is the chocolate icing on the cake. People keep giving me other chocolate from all over the world and none have ever compared.
This bulk box of Pascha Organic Baking Chunks arrived on time and in an insulated box with "No Sweat" ice packs. The only packing I've seen that even comes close, was for a Renogy AGM RV Battery!! I am totally impressed at the Care displayed by the folks who shipped this order. The chocolate?? Perfect. Not so sweet that I make a total pig of myself ... and loaded ! with health benefits.
