Ingredients
- Vegan Chocolate Cookie Dough Recipe Ingredients
- Pascha's 100% Dark Chocolate Chips
- Gluten Free Pretzels
- Candy Eyes
Directions
- Start by making Pascha's Vegan Chocolate Cookie Dough Recipe. Roll into 3-inch balls and flatten onto a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for an hour to harden.
- While the cookie dough is in the fridge, cut or break your pretzels in half.
- Melt Pascha's 100% Dark Chocolate Chips (see our video on Tempering Dark Chocolate)
- Coat the cold and hardened Vegan Chocolate Cookie Dough in the chocolate. Note, it should harden quickly as the cookie dough is cold.
- Place on baking sheet. Take the pretzel halves and a stick them into the chocolate covered cookie dough on the baking sheet. Add the eyes and whatever other decorations you want.
- Enjoy!
