Chocolate Dipped Mint Popsicles


  • 2 cups dairy free yogurt 
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped finely 
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract 
  • 1 1/2 cups PASCHA 55% Cacao Chocolate Chips 
  • Sprinkles 
  • Green food colouring (optional) 


  • In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, mint, mint extract , and maple syrup.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight. 
  • Melt PASCHA Chocolate and dip each popsicle as desired. Add sprinkles quickly as chocolate will harden fast.
