- 2 cups dairy free yogurt
- 1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped finely
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp mint extract
- 1 1/2 cups PASCHA 55% Cacao Chocolate Chips
- Green food colouring (optional)
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, mint, mint extract , and maple syrup.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
- Melt PASCHA Chocolate and dip each popsicle as desired. Add sprinkles quickly as chocolate will harden fast.
