Your first dark chocolate LOVE. Our 55% cacao Barely Dark chocolate bar is very mild tasting and easy eating. It's our sweetest bar and made with fine aroma Peruvian cocoa beans which are light and fruity. Instead of emulsifiers like soy lecithin, we use extra cocoa butter to enhance the mildness of the flavor. The chocolate is made Bean to Bar at source - which allows us to use very young cocoa beans - we can lock in the fresh flavor. Feed your soul.
