This bulk box of Pascha Organic Baking Chunks arrived on time and in an insulated box with "No Sweat" ice packs. The only packing I've seen that even comes close, was for a Renogy AGM RV Battery!! I am totally impressed at the Care displayed by the folks who shipped this order. The chocolate?? Perfect. Not so sweet that I make a total pig of myself ... and loaded ! with health benefits. This was my first Pascha chocolate order and it is excellent chocolate. I don't think anyone ordering Pascha chocolate will be disappointed in the quality. I ordered the 85% Bittersweet Bulk Baking Chunks. I had expectations the size of the chunks would be bigger than they are, but for baking or eating straight from the package, the actual size works fine. The shipping box was very well padded so it protected the chocolate well. It was also shipped with cold packs. I ordered in the spring months, however, the cold packs were completely unfrozen and not cold at all by the time the shipment arrived. As far as I can tell, the chocolate was not damaged even with the cold packs being unfrozen when it arrived. I live in a southern state, so I made mental note that I probably should not reorder until the cold months return to ensure it doesn't arrive melted.
