I love Pascha 100% cacao chips! Having a sensitivity to cane sugar, I was grateful to find this source of sugar-free chocolate. I eat a handful of these every morning with breakfast, and sometimes later in the day for an additional treat. The texture is immensely satisfying. When I tried these chips for baking, they oozed out onto the parchment paper. Maybe the cookie recipe on the back of the package would work better. I don't need them in cookies, though; they are the perfect, guilt-free treat for me every day.

Hard to believe that there is no sugar in these, they are soooo good.

Easy to control pirtion sizes with thede tasty morsels. We chew them up with a few raspberries for a sweet, sour, chocolatey experience with no sugar or guilt.
