The chocolate is excellent. Shipping was great, nice, cool, container.

Great tasting healthy chocolate and that is has no emulsifiers or added seed oils. The quality of the chocolate for the price it's at is amazing!

This was my first Pascha chocolate order and it is excellent chocolate. I don't think anyone ordering Pascha chocolate will be disappointed in the quality. I ordered the 85% Bittersweet Bulk Baking Chunks. I had expectations the size of the chunks would be bigger than they are, but for baking or eating straight from the package, the actual size works fine. The shipping box was very well padded so it protected the chocolate well. It was also shipped with cold packs. I ordered in the spring months, however, the cold packs were completely unfrozen and not cold at all by the time the shipment arrived. As far as I can tell, the chocolate was not damaged even with the cold packs being unfrozen when it arrived. I live in a southern state, so I made mental note that I probably should not reorder until the cold months return to ensure it doesn't arrive melted.

I use a mixture of the 85% chunks and 100 chips for cookies. They are the at balancing the sweetness of a cookie.

Delivered quick, no “supplemental” taste (as is with regulatorily added stuff in store-bought chocolate). It’s just chocolate.

I'm very happy with my purchase. I use these in baking where appearance is of little consequence.
I had been buying bulk chocolate of a similar quality which I then had to chop up.
Chunks is a bit of a misnomer. I expected they would be bigger and I might have to chop them up
a little bit, but although the shape is different the size is not much different than an average to good-sized chocolate chip.
Really nice in brownies. Excellent flavor and relatively low in sugar which I like. Of course you can also just eat
them if you like dark chocolate, without a lot of sugar.
