Love the unsweetened chocolate chips

I am so happy to have found Pascha 100% chocolate chips at my local PCC Market. So many "sugar free" chips have some form of sugar in them, and I just wanted the pure chocolate, unsweetened. These fit that desire perfectly. No sugar, yet the texture of firm prepared "chocolate" makes these quite a treat with very sweet dates. The best all natural candy combination. I love when I omit refined and processed sugars and still enjoy chocolate.

The perfect chip!

I have a sensitivity to any type of refined sugar or substitute sweetener so I use only honey or maple syrup when baking. Chocolate chips were out until I found Pascha and I love them! I love the way they melt in the cookies because they spread out giving it veins of chocolate. So yummy if I put the cookies in the fridge then there’s all these crunchy chocolatey bits. They are great in brownies too or with nuts or just by the handful.

Good quality in a hard to find item. Company takes extra care to insure you get a good delivery.
e.g. package was wrapped in insulation material and also had cold packs…I assume because I live in southwest florida
