I have a sensitivity to any type of refined sugar or substitute sweetener so I use only honey or maple syrup when baking. Chocolate chips were out until I found Pascha and I love them! I love the way they melt in the cookies because they spread out giving it veins of chocolate. So yummy if I put the cookies in the fridge then there’s all these crunchy chocolatey bits. They are great in brownies too or with nuts or just by the handful.

I love Pascha 100% cacao chips! Having a sensitivity to cane sugar, I was grateful to find this source of sugar-free chocolate. I eat a handful of these every morning with breakfast, and sometimes later in the day for an additional treat. The texture is immensely satisfying. When I tried these chips for baking, they oozed out onto the parchment paper. Maybe the cookie recipe on the back of the package would work better. I don't need them in cookies, though; they are the perfect, guilt-free treat for me every day.
