I agree to release and hold harmless Pascha Chocolate, Inc and their officers, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims and/or liability for any injury suffered while I participate in a Pascha Chocolate Home Bakers Academy cooking event/class.

I understand that my participation in this event/class is voluntary. I recognize and understand that culinary classes have inherent risks and hazards and that my participation is solely at my own risk, and that I assume full responsibility for any resulting injuries, illnesses, and damages.

I also give my consent for full and unrestricted use of my image and/or voice, for use by Pascha Chocolate, Inc. for promotional purposes and in all media. All such representations of every kind shall remain the property of Pascha Chocolate, Inc.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this release and hold harmless agreement.

Accepted Payments

All classes must be prepaid in advance. We accept both credit cards and Pascha Chocolate Gift Cards. Please note that the class tuition is non-refundable in the event that you need to cancel. We will send you the recording so you have it.

Cancellations/Refunds

In the event that your class is canceled due to low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and issue you a full refund.

Virtual Classes

• All online classes are non-refundable
• No transfers of classes allowed
• Recordings of classes will be sent post series/class.

Recordings

We will record the class and send it to you. Respectfully we ask no other recordings or filming happens without prior consent.

Kid Classes

Family in the kitchen is the heart of our Baking Academy. We offer many kid friendly classes. Every child in a kid class must have an adult who is responsible for them participating as well. For safety reasons class acceptable ages will be posted with offerings.

Pascha Chocolate Home Bakers Collective Guidelines

The Pascha Chocolate Home Bakers Academy is committed to providing everyone with a fun, educational and informative experience.

1. We recommend you log on about 10 minutes before class. This gives you time to check your connections and more.
2. All of us are from different skill levels and backgrounds. We ask that consideration is given to everyone in the class equally.
3. All questions will be answered either during class, in chat or post class. Please be respectful of others' time and the teacher.
