I am always looking for naturally sweetened and low sugar chocolate for baking/desserts and when the coconut sugar variety came out I was so excited. These work great in baked goods and for no bake desserts as they melt easily together. Highly recommend for a low sugar naturally sweetened chocolate

I was really excited to see them come out with a version sweetened with coconut sugar and I'm so happy they did! I've already used these in a few recipes. They're great for baking but I've also definitely snuck a few straight from the bag :)
What can I say about these coconut sugar chips that hasn't already been said? I LOVE them! Same great Pascha taste and feel-good ingredients. My new go-to baking chip.
I personally love all of the different chocolates that Pascha makes! When I make for sweets for my own home my husband doesn't care for the darker chocolates, but this coconut sugar one is sweet enough that he enjoys them, and I love that he's still getting the antioxidants from dark chocolate! A new favorite staple in our home.

These are the best salted caramel chips we have had. My husband isn’t much of a caramel person but even he really likes them. Can’t wait to make more goodies with these.
These are amazing. They are a little bit salty for my son, but he still likes them in baked things. My husband wants to put these on everything, so I guess I'll be buying more soon!
I highly recommend these mini chocolate chips! This is the second box of the best-before date, barely dark mini chips I have bought from Pascha. I kept my first box in the fridge, and it stayed perfect the whole time. Perhaps it's just my taste buds, but I've noticed that many chocolate chip brands have a cinnamon flavor. I was looking for a vegan, allergy-friendly mini chocolate chip that tastes like dark chocolate but not too much, since not everyone in my family is a fan. In my opinion, there's a teeny hint of cinnamon to these chips, but they still taste excellent. They also melt well for dipping and making ganache. These are a great compromise for us, dark chocolate and semi-sweet chips lovers in my family. I'm going to purchase the bulk 70% classic dark mini chips when they're back in stock. Can't wait to try them!!
ok we liked the size, texture, ingredients, and the cocoa flavor. We wished we would have bought the 55% because this was a little dark for us but we ate the entire bulk box lol it made great cookies. Recommend buying in bulk!!
Pascha chocolate is the best. It goes in my oatmeal. My chocolate chip cookies, and anything else that chocolate goes in. I give it as gifts and make many people happy.

If you love rich, pure dark chocolate without any sweetness, these chips are fantastic!! The flavor is bold and intense, but still surprisingly smooth for 100% cacao. I also love that they contain just one ingredient .. organic chocolate liquor! These are a staple in my house for snacking!

I have been a HUGE fan of their 100%, single ingredient chips for baking and snacking. Being a home baker I wished for a coconut sugar chip to add a little sweetness with the 100% & like magic here it is!
