Vegan Chocolate Hummus
Pascha's Vegan Chocolate Hummus elevates your typical chickpea hummus to another level, because what doesn't taste better with a little chocolate? This smooth and creamy chocolate hummus pairs great with fruits and vegetables, making it a healthy snack for all to enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 can Organic Chickpeas, rinsed
- 1/2 cup Nut Butter or Tahini
- 1/3 cup Pascha Natural Organic Cocoa Powder (Currently Out of Stock due to Availability Issues)
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 1/4 cup Nut Milk or Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Pascha Chocolate Chips (We used our Mini 85% Cacao Organic Vegan Extra Bitter-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Directions:
- Add all ingredients, but the chocolate chips & salt to a food processor and blend well.
- Next add 1/3 cup chips and sprinkle of salt to mixture and stir.
- Add to serving dish and sprinkle with remaining salt and chips.
- Place in refrigerator for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Remove and serve with your desired sides. We suggest organic peaches, vegan pretzels, carrots and strawberries. Enjoy!

1 Bowl Vegan Pretzel Bars
This 1 Bowl Vegan Pretzel Bar recipe is any bakers dream as it requires minimal dishes and still delivers all of the deliciousness. Chocolatey goodness mixed with the salty crunch of a pretzel combines the best of both worlds. With a layer of caramel made from dates, every bite will transport your tastebuds to another world. Which might be a good thing on game day if your team needs to step up their game!
Ingredients:
- 1 box Vegan Graham Crackers
- 1 1/4 cup Vegan Butter
- 2 tbsp Date Sugar
- 1 bag or 1 1/2 cups of Pascha Dark Chocolate Chips (We used 85% Cacao Organic Vegan Extra Bitter-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips)
- 1 can Coconut Condensed Milk
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- Gluten-Free Pretzels
- Sea Salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Take graham crackers and place in a bowl. Using a masher begin to break up into smaller pieces to desired size.
- Melt vegan butter with sugar over low heat.
- Add to graham crackers and mix.
- Line an 8"x8" pan with parchment paper.
- Create a crust with Graham Cracker mixture.
- Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, vanilla over medium low heat, stirring often to mix.
- Add to top of graham cracker crust.
- Lay pretzels on top of the chocolate as desired.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or until edges start to form.
- Remove from oven & let cool.
- Once cool place in refrigerator for 2- 3 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares or bars and enjoy!

Vegan Chocolate Caramel Popcorn
Chocolate, Popcorn, Caramel. The dynamic trio you didn't know you needed! This is the perfect Super Bowl game day snack to prepare as it requires little prep time and it's always a crowd favorite.
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Unpopped Popcorn
- ¾ cup PASCHA 55% Cacao Chocolate Chips
Caramel:
- 1 cup Cane Sugar
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Dairy-Free Butter
- ½ cup Rice Milk
Directions:
- Pop the corn and place on a parchment lined tray.
- Melt the PASCHA Chocolate and drizzle over the popcorn. Allow to cool and harden.
- In a small pot add the sugar, maple syrup, dairy-free margarine, and rice milk. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium low heat until amber in colour and slightly thickened.
- Pour over popcorn and allow to cool and harden.

The best part about a charcuterie board is your imagination is the guide. Detailed below are what we have done in the Pascha Kitchen tapping our favorite sweet & savory items. The sky is the limit here and we simply offer this as a starting point. Or just follow the recipe to the letter because honestly each bite is a huge YUM in your mouth.
Ingredients
- Pascha Chocolate Organic Vegan White Bar
- Pascha Chocolate 100% Cacao Organic Vegan Dark Chocolate Bar
- Popcorn (We like @lesserevilsnacks)
- Organic Strawberries
- Organic Pecan Halves
- Organic Plantain Chips (We like @Barnana)
- Vegan Marshmallows (We like @mydandies)
- Cauliflower Pretzel Twists (We like @fromthegroundupsnacks)
- Avocado Oil Classic Chips (We like @bouldercanyon)
- Organic Figs
- Plant-Based Sprinkles (We like @watkins.1868)
- Caramel Infused Sugar (We like @balancedbites)
Directions:
- Using a double boiler, melt your chocolates over medium heat, stirring occasionally until melted.
- Remove from heat and either drizzle or dip your items into the melted chocolate.
- If adding sprinkles apply immediately after chocolate and allow to set.
- For marshmallows, place in the refrigerator to harden.
- Once strawberries are dipped in chocolate, place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before adding another chocolate drizzle.
- Sprinkle nuts & plantains with infused sugar once chocolate is drizzled and allowed to set.
- Decorate your board using smaller bowls if you like. Make it have a style that is you. Most importantly have FUN! and Enjoy!

Chocolate Dipped Stuffed Dates
Pascha's Chocolate Dipped Stuffed Dates are the essential finger foods to have at your Super Bowl spread, or any event spread for that matter. Delicious and easy to make (and eat) your guests will be sure to love the bite sized pieces of chocolatey goodness. No mess and no averted attention from the game.
Ingredients:
- 12 Medjool pitted dates
- 1/2 cup tahini or seed butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 bar PASCHA Chocolate (we used 70% Cacao)
Directions:
- In a small bowl combine the tahini, vanilla, maple syrup, and nutmeg. Place in a piping bag.
- On a cutting board, pit each of the dates to create an opening in the middle. Pipe tahini mixture into each date until about to overflow.
- In a heatproof bowl, melt PASCHA Chocolate until smooth. Dip each date into the chocolate and set on a parchment lined tray. Leave to set. Store in the fridge. ENJOY!
