Pascha Chocolate sources its single-origin, organic fine aroma Criollo cacao beans from the foothills of the Andes Mountains in Peru, leading down to the Amazon Rainforest. Our chocolate is made Bean to Bar at Source, meaning the cacao travels only a short distance from the farm to a nearby chocolate factory before being crafted into bars and chips. Keeping production close to where the cacao is grown helps preserve freshness while supporting local communities and creating jobs in the region.
