Admittedly, I double-dip, eating each piece of the 100% with either a piece of the 70%, or better yet, with a piece of the Arabica Coffee. All 3 are great individually, but I like to eat them this way.

This is the rare smooooth dark chocolate/coffee combo. Most others have coffee granules that create an unpleasant rough texture. Love how the chocolate and coffee flavors balance each other with no granular texture. Even better that it's organic!

Thus one was great, a good undertone that was not to sweet, but not unsweetened.
