This Chocolate Strawberry Ghost recipe is a quick, easy and delicious hack that will be a great addition to a Halloween party, or a fun activity for you and the family to create together in the kitchen.
All you need is strawberries, Pascha Chocolate, and some candy eyes!
Ingredients
- Strawberries (as many as you would like to create)
- Pascha Chocolate Chips, melted (We used our 85% Cacao Organic Vegan Extra Bitter-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips)
- Candy Eyes
Directions
- Start by melting Pascha Chocolate and pour it into a bowl.
- Cut the leafy tops off of the strawberry, creating a flat surface.
- Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate and place them flat surface down onto the plate with parchment paper.
- Allow to sit for a few minutes and then add two of the candy eyes to each strawberry.
- Set in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!
