Ingredients (Makes 8–10 Bars)

Directions

Step 1 – Blend the Filling

In a blender, combine coconut milk, vanilla, maple syrup, seed or nut butter, protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 2 – Assemble the Fudgsicles

Spoon a layer of mango jam into the bottom of each fudgsicle mold and spread evenly. Fill the rest of the mold with the chocolate mixture. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 3–4 hours, or until fully solid.

Step 3 – Make the Chocolate Coating

Melt Pascha Dark Chocolate Chips and coconut oil in a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Pour into a tall, narrow glass for easy dipping.

Step 4 – Dip & Decorate

Carefully remove fudgsicles from molds. Dip each one into the melted chocolate, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with extra melted chocolate to create mummy-style bars or fill a piping bag with colored melted white chocolate to pipe fun Halloween designs like “BOO” or spiderwebs. Use a dab of melted chocolate to attach candy eyes to your creations.

Step 5 – Final Freeze

Return dipped fudgsicles to the freezer for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy your spooky, chocolatey creations straight from the freezer!
