Ingredients:
- 1 cup Oat Flour
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/2 tsp Coarse Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 3 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Pascha 85% Cacao Organic Bitter-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl combine the oat flour, coconut flour, and coarse sea salt.
- Add in the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until a dough forms.
- Add in the chocolate chips and mix until combined. Enjoy!
Store leftover edible chocolate chip cookie dough in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
