Ingredients (10 or Less!)
- 1 cup Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- ¾ cup Mashed Banana
- ½ cup Cane Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¾ cup Pascha 100% Single Ingredient Chocolate Chips
- ⅓ cup Vegan Butter (use your favorite dairy-free variety)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8-inch round pan with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, combine black beans, mashed banana, cane sugar, salt, and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
- In a double boiler, melt Pascha Chocolate chips and vegan butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Add melted Pascha Chocolate mixture to the blended black beans. Mix to combine.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes. Let cool completely, then chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
- Serve with fresh berries, a dusting of cacao, or a drizzle of vegan ganache.
