How We Developed This Recipe
One of our favorite parts of recipe development at Pascha is discovering new ways to showcase our chocolate while keeping recipes approachable for home bakers.
The team experimented with different fillings, banana sizes, freezing times, and chocolate coatings before landing on the final version. Hollowing out the banana pieces with a straw created the perfect pocket for fillings, while freezing them before dipping allowed the chocolate coating to set beautifully.
After plenty of testing (and taste testing), raspberry jam, salted caramel, and seed butter emerged as our favorite fillings because each creates a unique contrast with the rich chocolate shell.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Bananas
Cut the tips off both ends of the bananas.
Slice into chunks approximately 1½ inches long.
Using a straw, carefully remove the center from each banana piece.
Place the banana pieces upright on a parchment-lined tray.
Step 2: Fill the Centers
Transfer the raspberry jam, salted caramel, and seed or nut butter into separate piping bags.
Pipe the fillings into the hollow banana centers.
Place the tray into the freezer and freeze until completely solid.
Step 3: Melt the Chocolate
